l  이벤트명 : 김재환 ILLUSION 콘서트 화보집 & SCHOOL SUPPLY KIT 대면 팬사인회

l  사인회 일정

-       2021년 7월 3일 (토)  1부 : PM 1시 / 2부 : PM 2시 / 3부 : PM 3시

-     참석하실 회차는 6월 23일 이후 참석하시는 분들의 개별 연락처로 전달드릴 예정입니다.

-     참석하실 회차는 선택하실 수 없으며 순서는 랜덤으로 부여됩니다.

l  장소 : 상암 누리꿈스퀘어 비즈니스타워 3층 국제회의실

[중요 공지사항]

-       김재환 ILLUSION 콘서트 화보집 & SCHOOL SUPPLY KIT ‘대면’ 팬사인회를 신청하신 당첨자 중 ‘영상’ 팬사인회로 변경을 원하시는 분은 help@swingeshop.com으로 양식에 맞춰 메일 보내주시면 변경 도와드리겠습니다.

양식 : 이름 / 연락처 / 변경할 팬사인회

EX) 홍길동 / 010-1234-5678 / 영상 팬사인회로 변경

-       영상 팬사인회와 대면 팬사인회 변경은 2021년 6월 21일 23시 59분까지만 가능하며, 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 변경이 불가합니다.

 [이벤트 진행사항]

1.     입장하시기 전, 본인 확인을 위한 신분증 검사가 있을 예정이오니, 신분증을 지참해주시기 바랍니다. (생년월일 표기, 본인 사진이 부착된 신분증 필수, 실물 신분증만 가능)

※당첨자 확인 시 사용할 수 있는 신분증을 아래와 같이 규정하였으니 반드시 사전 확인 바랍니다※

내국인 미성년자 : 초·중·고등학교 학생증, 여권, 생년월일이 표기된 국가 공인 자격증 등

내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

외국인 전체 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

내국인 미성년자를 제외한 모든 고객께서는 '학생증(대학교 학생증 포함)'을 본인 확인용으로 절대 사용할 수 없습니다.

          ※ 韓国人の未成年者を除く全てのお客様は’'学生証(大学の学生証含め)”を本人確認用としてご使用できません。

          ※ 除韩国未成年人以外，所有人不得用学生证（包括大学生学生证）

       ※ All customers except Korean juvenile can not use 'Student ID card (including university student ID card)' for identity verification.

2.     현장 당첨자 확인 시 신분증의 성명/사진/생년월일이 확인되어야 하며, 응모 내용과 불일치 시 입장이 제한됩니다. (여권 또는 외국인 등록증상의 이름과 다른 한국식 이름은 인정하지 않습니다.)

3.     번호표 배부는 행사 당일 행사 시작 30분 전부터 배부되며 번호표는 랜덤으로 드립니다.

4.     코로나19 확산 방지를 위하여 팬사인회 장소에는 별도의 대기 장소가 없으며, 사인회 시작 5분 전부터 입장이 시작됩니다.

5.     코로나19 예방을 위하여 아래 순서에 맞게 입장을 진행할 예정입니다.

-       방문자 명단 및 문진표 작성

-       체온 측정(37.5도 이상 시 입장 불가)

-       손 소독 진행 후 입장.

6.     사인회 시 본인 자리에만 착석하셔야 하며, 임의로 자리를 변경하거나 사인회 중간 좌석 변경 시 퇴장 조치할 수 있습니다.

7.     코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 ‘좌석간 거리두기’좌석제로 운영됩니다.

8.     사인은 현장에 비치된 사인지에 받으실 수 있습니다.

9.     본 사인회는 착석하신 자리에서 자유로운 사진, 영상 촬영이 가능하오나, 사인 받는 중 사진 촬영 / 셀카 및 객석을 향한 사진촬영 요구 / 녹음은 금지되어 있습니다. (전자기기를 들고 사인을 받을 경우 스탭이 해당 전자기기를 확인할 예정입니다.)

10.  아티스트와 팬 사이에 투명 가림막이 설치될 예정이며, 포스트잇을 사용한 질문, 아티스트와의 신체 접촉은 불가합니다.

[주의사항]

1.     본 팬사인회는 당첨된 본인(1인 1매)만 참여 가능하며, 대리자 수령 및 양도가 불가합니다. (적발시 입장 불가)

2.     당첨자 참석 확인을 위해서 행사일 이전에 당첨자 대상으로 개별 연락드릴 예정이니 참고 부탁드립니다.

3.     행사장 내부는 음식물 및 음료수 반입이 불가능합니다.

4.     마스크를 미착용할 경우 입장이 불가하며, 팬사인회 진행 중에 마스크를 벗을 경우 바로 퇴장 조치 됩니다. 마스크는 반드시 kf94 마스크 착용 부탁드립니다.

5.     좌석에서 함성, 구호 등은 금지됩니다.

6.     팬사인회가 시작 된 이후부터 입장 및 중도 퇴장이 불가능 할 수 있으며 이는 현장 상황에 따릅니다.

7.     무리한 요구 또는 본인과 아티스트에 대한 사적인 질문, 오해가 생길 만한 질문은 불가합니다.

8.     아티스트에게 편지 및 선물, 팬싸 아이템 전달이 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

9.     팬사인회 영상을 라이브 중계(인스타그램 라이브, 페이스북 라이브, 아프리카 TV, 트위터 라이브 등)를 금지합니다.

10.  팬사인회 당일 상황에 따라 사인회 진행시간 및 장소가 변동 또는 취소될 수 있습니다.

11.  당첨자 정보는 팬사인회 주관사에 제공될 예정이며, 구매 시 개인정보 이용 제공에 동의 하신 것으로 간주합니다.

12.  이벤트는 비공개로 진행되며, 타인의 명의를 빌려 팬사인회에 참여할 경우 적발시 바로 퇴장 조치하며 추후 이벤트 참여에 제약이 있을 수 있습니다.

13.  팬사인회 당첨권 양도는 절대 불가합니다.

14.  위 내용에 표기되지 않아도 원활한 진행이 어려운 행동을 하거나 진행에 방해가 된다고 판단되는 경우, 스탭의 제재가 있을 수 있습니다.

This is an announcement letter for the offline participants for Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Offline Fan-Signing Event. 

l Name of the Event:         Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Offline Fan-Signing Event

l When:                             Saturday, July 3^rd, 2021

First Session:                   1 p.m

Second Session:              2 p.m

Third Session:                 3 p.m

Commencing on June 23^rd, participants will each receive a text message conveying the information of which session they should attend.

You can't choose a session to attend.

l Venue:                             International Conference Room, 3^rd Floor, Business Tower, Nuri Dream Square,

(396 World Cup Buk-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul)

Any offline participants that wish to change to online participation for Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Fan-Signing Event should send an inquiry to help@swingeshop.com with the following information.

-          Name

-          Contact number

-          E-mail

-          The type of event that you wish to attend

For example, Jane Doe / (+82)010-1234-5678 / help@swingeshop.com / I wish to attend the online event.

Change requests will be accepted until 23:59, June 21^st, 2021. Any requests received after this period are not accepted.

1.       Please bring an identification document, as there will be an ID verification before the entry. The document should carry your date of birth and a photo of yourself. Participants must bring the actual documents, as photos or copies of IDs are unacceptable.

※ Please note that ONLY the following ID documents are acceptable for the event.

-       Domestic underage participants: student ID cards from elementary school, middle school, and high school, passports, national licenses displaying the D.O.B.

-       Domestic adult participants: ID cards, drivers’ licenses, passports

-       Foreign participants of any age: passports, alien certificates (foreigner certificates)

※ Any participants that are of age should not use student ID cards for this verification process (including university students).

2.       The name, photograph, and date of birth of all participants must be ready for verification. If the information does not match with those of the applicants, the entry will be denied. (The Korean name and the name on the alien certificate must match to be acceptable.)

3.       Number cards will be handed out 30 minutes prior to the event. The numbers will be given out randomly.

4.       Waiting area will not be provided to prevent any spreading of COVID-19. Participants will enter the venue 5 minutes prior to the event.

5.       The entry will proceed as follows to prevent any spreading of COVID-19.

-       Fill out the visitor book or the questionnaire.

-       Check the temperature. (Any participant over 37.5℃ will be restricted from entering.)

-       Sanitize your hands and enter.

6.       Participants must sit on their designated seats. Any participants that change seats before or during the event may be asked to leave.

7.       Please note that the seats will be distanced to prevent any spreading of COVID-19.

8.       Participants may receive the autograph only on the paper handed out during the event.

9.       Participants may take photographs and videos from their seats. Participants may not take photos or require selfies or photos to the audience or do a voice recording. (If a participant carries an electronic device when receiving the autograph, the staff will check the device after the signing.)

10.   There will be a transparent screen between the artist and the fans. Fans may not write questions on post-its or attempt physical contact with the artist.

<Please Note>

1.       This event is for those who won the event. Participants must not hand the ticket over to someone else. If such act of transferring the ticket is discovered, the participant’s entry will be denied.

2.       To ensure your attendance, staff will contact each participant through the contact number they have filled out on the application form.

3.       Participants must not bring food or beverages to the event.

4.       Any participants without a mask will be denied entry. Any participants that remove the mask during the event will be asked to leave. Participants must wear KF94 masks.

5.       Participants may not yell or shout from their seats.

6.       Participants may not enter or leave the event after the session commences. This may vary depending on the situation.

7.       Participants may not make unreasonable requests or personal questions to the artist.

8.       Handing over letters, presents or other items to the artist is prohibited.

9.       Live streaming the event on SNSes such as Instagram, Facebook, Afreeca TV, Twitter and et cetera is strictly prohibited.

10.   The time and venue of this event may be altered or canceled depending on the situation of the event day.

11.   The information of the participants is provided to the hosting company. Participants will be regarded as having agreed to the use of information with the purchase.

12.   This event is not open to the public. Anyone who enters the venue using someone else’s name will be asked to leave immediately and may be restricted from taking part in future events.

13.   Participants cannot hand the ticket over to someone else.

14.   Any disruption or interference to the event, whether or not mentioned in this announcement, shall be controlled by the staff.
